Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Four Lens Framework™ devotional Bible study companion (the "Service"), provided by T M Stafford LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. The Service is for devotional use only

The Service is a devotional companion that uses artificial intelligence to help you slowly observe Scripture through four lenses: the Nature of God, the Nature of Man, the Relationship Between God and Man, and Unconditional / Agape Love.

The Service is intended for personal devotional reflection only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, advice or guidance of any kind. You must not use the Service for, and you agree not to treat its output as:

Spiritual, theological, doctrinal, or pastoral advice or direction;
Medical, mental health, psychological, addiction, or counseling advice;
Legal, financial, tax, insurance, business, or vocational advice;
Crisis, safety, emergency, relational, marriage, parenting, or end-of-life guidance;
Academic, exegetical, hermeneutical, historical, linguistic, or scholarly Biblical research;
Any kind of planning, decision-making, prophecy, prediction, judgment of another person, or action you intend to take in the real world.

The Service is not a replacement for the Bible itself, the work of the Holy Spirit, prayer, the guidance and discipline of your local church, the counsel of a qualified pastor, mentor, therapist, physician, attorney, or financial professional, or rigorous Biblical scholarship. For anything that matters in your life, consult a qualified human being.

The Four Lens Framework™ is the controlling lens of the Service: Jesus first, Scripture observed slowly, humans in the loop. Human In / Human Oversight (HI-HO) is essential. You are responsible for prayerful discernment of anything the Service produces.

2. AI output may be incomplete or wrong

The Service is powered by AI models that can produce inaccurate, misleading, biased, or theologically unsound responses, including fabricated Scripture references, misattributed quotations, and confidently stated errors. Do not rely on Service output as fact and do not act on it without independent verification by qualified human sources.

3. If you are in crisis

The Service is not a crisis resource and cannot help in an emergency. If you are in crisis, considering harming yourself or others, or in a mental health, medical, or safety emergency, stop using the Service and contact your local emergency services, a qualified professional, or an established crisis line in your country.

4. Academic integrity — full disclosure required

If you are a student, researcher, or anyone subject to an academic, institutional, professional, or publication integrity policy, you are required to fully disclose your use of the Service — including the fact that it is an AI-assisted devotional tool — to your instructor, institution, editor, supervisor, or any other authority that governs the work you are producing.

The Service is not a research tool, citation source, or scholarly reference and must not be presented as one. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable academic integrity, plagiarism, AI-disclosure, and citation rules.

We are not responsible for any information, output, or content produced by the Service that may contribute to the failure of an assignment, paper, exam, course, degree program, certification, ordination, peer review, or any other academic or professional assessment. Use of the Service for any graded, evaluated, or credentialed work is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

5. Public teaching, preaching, and ministry use

The Service is a private devotional companion. It is not a source of sermons, homilies, lessons, curriculum, small-group studies, podcasts, books, articles, social media teaching, or any other form of public Christian instruction.

Do not preach, teach, publish, broadcast, or otherwise present the output of this Service — in whole or in part, paraphrased or verbatim — as Biblical teaching, doctrine, sermon content, or ministry instruction. AI output can be theologically wrong, can fabricate or misquote Scripture, and can mislead hearers. Pastors, teachers, elders, small-group leaders, missionaries, content creators, and anyone in a teaching role bear a heightened responsibility to the people they serve (James 3:1) and must rely on Scripture itself, prayer, qualified human counsel, and rigorous study — not on this Service.

You assume sole responsibility for any teaching, preaching, or public ministry content you produce. We disclaim all responsibility for harm, error, doctrinal damage, or misrepresentation arising from such use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Do not submit content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
Do not present Service output as the teaching of any church, pastor, scholar, or organization.
Do not use Service output as sermon, lesson, curriculum, or other public ministry content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design, content, methodology, prompts, and underlying framework, is owned by T M Stafford LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Four Lens Framework™ is a trademark of T M Stafford LLC. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal devotional study.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and reflections you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to provide the Service, including transmission to AI providers to generate responses and storage in your account so you can return to past studies. We treat the contents of your conversations as private to your account: we do not read, mine, sell, or use the text of your conversations to train models or for marketing. We do record general, non-content metadata about your use of the Service — such as the Bible book, chapter, broad topic, study category, and number of exchanges — to operate and improve it, as described in our Privacy Policy.Do not submit confidential information, personal health information, or anything you would not want transmitted to a third-party AI provider.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THEOLOGICAL CORRECTNESS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE'S OUTPUT IS TRUE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T M STAFFORD LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OPPORTUNITY, FAITH, RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH, OR WELL-BEING, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON ITS OUTPUT. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU INTERPRET AND ACT UPON ANYTHING IT PRODUCES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T M Stafford LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on Service output.

12. Billing, renewals, and no refunds

Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final. The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, and all subscription payments are non-refundable — including, without limitation, partial months, unused time, forgotten cancellations, accidental or duplicate renewals, plan changes, downgrades, periods during which you did not use the Service, and access lost due to suspension or termination for violation of these Terms. By subscribing you expressly consent to immediate access to the Service and waive any right of withdrawal, cooling-off, or refund to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is restored. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge in good faith, but issuance of a refund is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

13. Cookies

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which T M Stafford LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
